Qualifications

• Licensed to practice dentistry in South Carolina and complete residency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dental examinations to assess patient health.
• Deliver appropriate dental treatments to detained youth.
• Formulate independent diagnoses and professional treatment plans.
• Review and update dental policies and SOPs.
• Participate in staff and medical department meetings.
• Supervise and train dental assistants and hygienists.
• Oversee and mentor dental residents in training.
• Plan and conduct dental health education programs.
• Prepare and deliver lectures to professional and community groups.
