Job summary

One80 Place is seeking a Youth Data and Evaluation Manager to lead community-wide data analysis and program evaluation for youth homelessness initiatives funded by YHDP.

The role partners with youth-serving providers, the YAB, and cross-system partners to support CQI and demonstrate progress toward improved outcomes for young people. Location may be Charleston or Columbia with travel between offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data/quantitative analysis, public administration, sociology, or related field, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in data analysis, performance measurement, or program evaluation.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Strong skills in Excel and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Design and lead qualitative and quantitative evaluations of YHDP-funded projects and related homelessness initiatives.
• Build, implement, and maintain the youth-focused CQI Plan with Data and Compliance Team and YAB.
• Ensure the YHDP CQI Plan is integrated into the PQI approach.
• Lead quality improvement efforts by identifying performance issues and monitoring improvement plans.
• Prepare evaluation summaries, performance briefs, and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Develop, revise, and monitor dashboards and recurring performance reports to track progress.
