Job summary

One80 Place is seeking a Youth Data and Evaluation Manager to lead data analysis and program evaluation for youth homelessness initiatives funded by YHDP. You will partner with youth-serving providers, the YAB, and cross-system partners to support CQI and demonstrate progress toward better outcomes.

The role requires building dashboards, conducting HMIS-informed analyses, and communicating findings to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data analysis, public administration, sociology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of data analysis, performance measurement, or program evaluation experience.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with at least one data visualization tool.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead qualitative and quantitative evaluations of YHDP-funded projects and homelessness initiatives.
• Build and maintain the youth-focused CQI plan with the Data and Compliance Team and YAB.
• Integrate the CQI plan into PQI and drive improvements with providers and partners.
• Prepare evaluation briefs and presentations for diverse audiences including funders.
