Job summary

One80 Place is seeking a Youth Data and Evaluation Manager to lead data analysis and program evaluation for YHDP. You will partner with youth-serving providers, the YAB, and cross-sector systems to support CQI and demonstrate progress toward better outcomes for youth.

The role may be based in Charleston or Columbia with some travel between offices. Requires experience in data analysis, performance measurement, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data/quantitative analysis, public administration, sociology, or related field; or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, performance measurement, program evaluation, or related role.
• Ability to produce actionable insights from complex datasets and present to non-technical audiences.
• Strong skills in Excel and at least one data visualization tool (e.g. Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Design and lead qualitative and quantitative evaluations of YHDP-funded projects and related homelessness initiatives.
• Build, implement, and maintain the youth-focused CQI Plan with the Data and Compliance Team and YAB.
• Ensure the YHDP CQI Plan is integrated into the organization’s PQI approach.
• Lead quality improvement efforts by identifying performance issues, communicating with providers, and monitoring improvements.
• Prepare evaluation summaries and presentations for diverse audiences.
