Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; associates may be considered.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish required.
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Mentor minors and coordinate stabilization services.
• Oversee crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts.
• Coordinate with Social Worker, Resource Families, and clinical directors.
• Assist with environment management and safety planning.
• Provide transportation and accompany to appointments as needed.
• Liaise with medical/mental health providers and investigators.
