Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care Inc. is seeking a Children’s Intervention Specialist to provide stabilization and crisis support for youth and families in the community. You will respond to crises, conduct assessments, and coordinate care with the CSA and other partners to promote successful discharge from the program.

The role is full-time (40 hours) with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities toward professional licensure for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field with 1 year related field experience.
• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Valid driver's license and pre-employment drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive referrals from the CSA via a warm line.
• Respond to crisis locations within 1 hour.
• Diffuse crises using crisis intervention strategies.
• Complete initial and discharge assessments and transmit to CSA electronically.
• Develop an Individual Crisis Plan with the family and obtain approvals.
• Maintain caseload and monitor stabilization services.
• Coordinate care with the team and community partners.
• Maintain documentation with 98% accuracy within required time frames.
• Participate in team and staff meetings and rotating on-call schedule.
• Attend state-mandated trainings as scheduled.
