Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise youth in a crisis setting to ensure safety and well-being.
• Cook and serve meals. Follow the facility menu as posted.
• Complete items on the facility Chore Sheet as directed by the administrator.
• Ensure all residents are treated with dignity and respect.
• Daily chart documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean and structured environment.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards at all times.
• Be familiar with The Wood Group’s policy and procedures including employee handbook.
