Job summary

Nexus Family Healing in Minneapolis seeks a Behavioral Health Practitioner for our 2nd shift at a youth crisis and stabilization center. You will support and reinforce therapeutic plans, mentor residents, and collaborate with families to promote positive outcomes.

The 13-bed residential program serves youth with complex mental health needs and offers comprehensive benefits, a $22–$24/hour wage, a $500 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for advancement in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and able to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals and communities.
• Willing to participate in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training.

Responsibilities

• Support and reinforce the therapeutic plan of residents by guidance in daily living activities.
• Mentor and supervise resident activities and behavior per guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates on treatment plans and services.
