Job summary

The YMCA of South Hampton Roads is seeking a part-time Counselor II to provide a safe, inclusive, and enriching experience for children ages 5-12. You will mentor, model positive behavior, and guide activities across recreational, educational, and character-building programs.

Responsibilities include supervising safety protocols, delivering varied programming, managing groups, and supporting children’s social growth.
