Qualifications
Must be physically capable of handling adolescents during crisis situations using safe crisis management techniques.
Must be prompt, dependable, and able to establish professional boundaries and maintain confidentiality.
Must be comfortable dealing with individuals in treatment and justice involvement.
Responsibilities
Direct the daily activities of juvenile males in programming utilizing acceptable behavioral management principles.
Supervise clients during daily activities to ensure safety and security.
Respond to emergencies, including evacuation, CPR, and first aid.
