Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human services field and one year of residential treatment experience is preferred.
Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours with three years’ work experience with children is acceptable.

Responsibilities

Manage and direct the activities of a specific treatment unit and supervise staff.
Ensure Abraxas policies and procedures are followed; act as role model and provide guidance.
Maintain employee schedules to ensure client safety and adequate coverage.
Develop and implement systems to organize work activities and monitor progress.
Conduct supervisory conferences, performance evaluations, and provide feedback.
Schedule and ensure mandatory training is completed; oversee case management activities.
Provide structured behavioral interventions and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
Observe client behavior, document progress, and respond to emergencies as needed.
