Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED plus two years of child welfare experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a social services related field is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead with confidence by coordinating daily shift operations and providing hands-on supervision of youth in a residential setting.
• Be a positive role model to help youth develop coping skills, manage emotions, and build confidence.
