Qualifications

  • Five years of relevant conservation education experience.
  • Four years in a leadership or management role.
  • CPR/First Aid and Wilderness First Responder certifications.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally with passport.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and evaluate audience-focused conservation education programs, including teen initiatives.
  • Direct domestic and international youth travel programs with field partners.
  • Ensure youth safety through procedures and staff training.
  • Lead staff development, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Collaborate across departments to align education initiatives and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement program budgets and scheduling.
