Job summary

You will recruit and mentor staff, manage budgets, ensure safety and inclusivity, collaborate across departments, and translate research into impactful programs that connect communities with wildlife.

• Ensure safety of youth participants and staff through procedures and training.
• Hire, mentor, and evaluate program staff; manage department budget.
• Collaborate across Zoo departments and with partners to advance initiatives.
