Job summary

KidStrong Fort Collins is looking for a lively KidStrong Coach to deliver our dynamic curriculum to children up to 11 years old. You will create fun, engaging classes and help families enjoy participating in our programs.

This part-time role requires weekend and weekday afternoon availability, CPR certified or willing to obtain it, and a passion for helping kids grow. Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with opportunities to advance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, dynamic classes for children up to 11 years old.
• Master KidStrong curriculum and communicate it with enthusiasm.
• Achieve Coach Certification and participate in ongoing training.
• Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class.
• Ensure classes run smoothly and on time.
• Engage families to maintain enthusiasm for KidStrong programs.
