Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida is seeking a Service Director to lead club programming operations across multiple locations within an assigned territory. This role focuses on delivering high-quality programs, safety, staff supervision, vehicle operations, and building strong community ties to support youth development.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and adaptable, with 3–5 years' leadership experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar setting, strong communication skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization.
• Proven leadership and staff supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Club programming operations across locations within an assigned territory.
• Ensure safe environments, facilities, vehicles, equipment, and supplies are maintained.
• Provide leadership to staff and volunteers; oversee program implementation and site programming.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets; manage resources and expenditures.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; conduct weekly staff meetings.
• Build partnerships with parents, schools, and community organizations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Development teams for public relations and program visibility.
