Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in guiding youth; ability to plan and implement age-appropriate programs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with youth, families, and staff.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing staff development and training.
• CPR/First Aid preferred; willingness to obtain within 90 days if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate youth programs aligned with core pillars.
• Provide active, safe presence and coaching to youth.
• Collect attendance, coursework, and behavior data as needed.
• Maintain daily program setup, activities, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in staff meetings and training events.
