Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with youth from preschool through 12th grade.
• Proven management and supervisory experience in a youth-serving nonprofit.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Background check and CPR/First Aid willingness or certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Club, staffing, schedules, facilities and safety.
• Ensure access to safe, engaging, high-quality programs for members.
• Provide hands-on support and monitor program participation and documentation.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise and coach staff; manage budgets with safety in mind.
• Build relationships with families and community partners; report to leadership.
• Maintain compliance with BGCA standards and organizational policies.
