Job summary

Philaymca is looking for a full-time Youth Civic Engagement Facilitator to lead programs that inspire youth participation in civic activities across Conshohocken and Greater Philadelphia. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in youth programming and demonstrated leadership abilities.

Key responsibilities include facilitating discussions, organizing events, and building partnerships with schools. Join us in making a difference in the community!

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in youth programming, civic engagement, education, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead discussions and engage youth through interactive methods.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly Youth and Government (YAG) and Model United Nations (MUN) programming.
• Guide students through service-learning projects addressing community needs.
• Build relationships with schools and community organizations for program outreach.
