Kids for the Future in Piketon, OH is seeking a Youth Case Manager (SPARK) to deliver comprehensive case management to youth and young adults enrolled in SPARK and WIOA Youth programs. You will determine eligibility, develop education and employment plans, coordinate services, and guide participants toward education, training and employment outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Secondary Education, Business Administration, Specialized Studies, or a related field required; or three (3) years of experience working with youth or adults in an employment and training field may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills for reporting and tracking outcomes.
• Experience with youth case management, workforce development, and education/training resources.

Responsabilidades

• Screen and assess applicants for WIOA Youth eligibility according to guidelines.
• Assist participants with intake and enrollment requirements and related assessments.
• Enter and maintain accurate client data in ARIES and document services, barriers, and outcomes.
• Provide ongoing case management with regular reviews, follow-ups, and attendance monitoring.
• Refer youth to supportive services and community resources to address barriers such as housing, transportation, childcare, and healthcare.
• Coordinate work experience placements with employers and participants.
• Support resume development, interview practice, and job readiness activities.
• Deliver life skills and career readiness workshops to empower youth.
