Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County is hiring a Case Manager in Fort Worth to provide comprehensive case management services to at-risk youth. You will be responsible for intake, assessment, and service planning among other duties.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and experience with at-risk youth. The position offers health benefits, a 401(K) plan, and competitive hourly pay of $19.78.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience working with at-risk youth and/or gang-involved youth.
• Minimum of 6 months of case management-related experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic case management services to members at assigned sites.
• Accountable for promoting site participation in programming.
• Ensure accurate and timely case notes, data entry, and reports.

Skills

Ability to persuade, influence, and motivate others into action

Ability to establish rapport and build relationships

Knowledge of case management techniques and/or processes

Knowledge of problems and barriers at-risk youth face

Team player willing to collaborate

Education

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

Equivalent experience
