Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and also take clients into the community to support personal goals outside the home.

Full- and part-time positions available with paid training, flexible schedules and weekly pay. Virtual interview process and benefits opportunities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
