Job summary

ExpertCare seeks reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities, and you may bring recipients into the community to help grow personal goals beyond home settings.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training and a flexible schedule. Weekly pay and a virtual interview process are offered to support the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • Compassionate, patient and dependable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
  • Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
  • Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one in-home support to recipients.
  • Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
  • Accompany recipients into the community to pursue goals.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment. ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
