Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; further education preferred.
• Two years of relevant experience working with youth.
• Ability to obtain industry-specific credentials.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and oversee youth training in identified career and technical development.
• Assess and evaluate academic needs of youth; provide instruction to a diverse population.
• Advise youth on career options and future coursework.
