Job summary

EDSI is seeking a Youth Program Manager to lead Out-of-School youth operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with contract expectations. You will direct staff, manage participant data, and coordinate GED preparation and job placement activities to maximize outcomes.

The role requires at least three years of experience with a year in management, strong Excel skills, and a valid driver's license. Bachelor’s in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of professional experience, including one year in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to program staff to ensure excellent customer service and contract outcomes.
• Oversee participant files and ensure compliance with contract regulations.
• Develop and implement GED preparation, job search skills and life skills activities as needed.
