Job summary

One Hope United seeks a Career Coach to help youth in Transitional Living Programs build workplace readiness, locate internships, and grow as young professionals in a work‑based learning setting.

You will collaborate with youth, families, and community partners; provide training in work ethic, conduct, and job search strategies; and accompany participants to internships while ensuring safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s in related field preferred.
• Two years’ experience in residential care, career coaching, or related field; five years preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with OHU required auto insurance coverage

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized transition plans with youth in care.
• Coordinate at home, community settings, and work sites.
• Supervise and support youth to ensure safety and well‑being.
