HeartShare Wellness LTD is seeking an Employment Specialist to support youth in foster homes through career readiness workshops, one-on-one coaching, and partnerships with local employers. The role combines in-person and virtual engagements, with a hybrid schedule after a 90-day probationary period.

Youth ages 14-26 are served; candidates should have 1–3 years’ experience, with 5–7 years preferred. Degree requirements include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience working with youth ages 14-26 required; 5-7 years strongly preferred.
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Bi-Lingual preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide employment-focused engagements and workshops for youth in group homes.
• Maintain participant engagement schedules with regular bi-weekly contact.
• Coordinate and oversee Go-Getters internship program and SYEP placements.
• Maintain accurate client records and real-time data entry.
• Attend trainings and meet quarterly job placement targets.
