Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in workforce development for young adults strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong computer literacy.
• Willingness to travel throughout the five boroughs.

Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling to about 70 young adults to help them secure employment.
• Complete employment and educational assessments and update service plans.
• Develop job readiness portfolios and prepare resumes and letters of inquiry.
• Collaborate with Employment Specialists; refer candidates to opportunities and respond to leads.
