Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience as a job developer.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with housing/homelessness populations preferred.
• Ability to place 60+ candidates per year.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement job development strategies to place 60 adults in jobs annually.
• Cultivate relationships with employers matching participant interests.
• Identify opportunities aligned with participant skills and education.
• Customize job search plans and conduct individualized placement.
• Develop a diverse job bank with opportunities at various levels.
• Coordinate with Scatter site families and mental health needs.
• Monitor labor market trends and communicate with the team.
• Screen, match and refer candidates for interviews.
• Follow up with employers and candidates until placement.
• Maintain ongoing communication with job seekers about prospects.
• Post regular job fair events and collaborate with counselors.
