The agency is licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services & accredited by the Council On Accreditation. Youth have a history of abuse, neglect, juvenile history or mental health issues. We are looking for experienced youth care workers that enjoy working with at risk male teens.

DUTIES: Encourage and help resident to meet their goals. Provide mentorship to youth. Assisting with behavior management and intervention. To assist residents with independent living and social skills. Assist in maintaining a healthy and safe environment for youth to thrive. Coordinate and supervise scheduled activities (field trips, shopping and social events.)

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full-time Monday thru Friday 7am-3pm, 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am available. Part time 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am weekends only.
