Job summary

Qcrhome seeks a 1st shift Supervisor for Youth Care Workers in Cleveland, OH. The role involves supervising Youth Care Workers during Saturdays and Sundays, ensuring coverage 7am-3pm, and assisting in hiring and training processes.

You will quality check facility operations, review staff documentation and youth files daily, and coach staff while engaging with the Director. The position requires prior supervisory experience, a related degree, and the ability to communicate effectively with youth

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a supervisory role.
• Degree in related fields (e.g., social work, psychology, human services, management).
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Prefer 1+ year of full-time or volunteer experience in direct care to children or youth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Youth Care Workers, ensuring policies and mission alignment.
• Respond to crises during shift.
• Assist director with daily operations and staff training.
• Coordinate and develop group home policies and procedures.
• Support youth to meet Service Plan objectives.
• Oversee medication assistance and safe, healthy environment.
