Tomorrow's Children Inc., a nonprofit Residential Treatment Facility, is seeking a compassionate Youth Care Worker to join our dedicated team for the overnight shift. You will supervise 6–7 children and document progress in daily records while maintaining a safe, home-like environment.

The role is full-time with an overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, and benefits include health and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, parental leave, and a signing bonus.
