Job summary

Qualifications

• Age 21+ required by State of Ohio.
• High school diploma or GED required by State of Ohio.
• Must be able to commute to Wooster campus on time for each shift.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support for residents during daily activities and group sessions.
• Utilize SCM de-escalation and restraint techniques as needed according to policy.
• Assist with treatment plans, documentation, and communicating progress to the team.
• Support visits, greetings, and safety checks for residents and staff.
