Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling and licensure (LSW or LPC) required.
• Three to five years related experience, preferably in a children's residential facility.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License and insurability for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates Day Treatment groups and provides individual therapy as assigned.
• Completes progress notes and maintains client records.
• Provides crisis support and ongoing therapeutic services.
• Assists with documentation and treatment plan development as directed.
• Participates in agency training and CQI activities.
