Burlington United Methodist Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Relief Treatment Associate for the Beckley, WV site. This part-time role supports youth through treatment programs and reunification goals, with an emphasis on safety, compassion, and responsible care.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, coordinating with therapists, and guiding residents in daily living activities while ensuring adherence to agency policies and spiritual considerations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (college training preferred).
• Be open to continuing learning through attendance in course study and in-service training/workshops.
• Demonstrate positive interpersonal relationship skills with youth and adults; make sound decisions per agency policies.

Responsabilités

• Support the mission and vision of Burlington United Methodist Family Services and comply with policies.
• Foster positive interaction with youth, staff, and families; maintain confidentiality and show cultural sensitivity.
• Exhibit effective communication using agency systems and participate in professional development activities.
• Support functions to attain/maintain accreditation with regulatory agencies.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, daily living skills, and related care; follow treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• May schedule appointments and coordinate with therapists; manage crises professionally and maintain safety as per policy.
