Job summary

Mindful Health in Rockwall, TX seeks a dedicated staff member to supervise and transport adolescents to and from the Rockwall clinic. You will help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and assist in daily activities as part of a clinical team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a Human Services field (preferred), a valid Texas driver’s license, and CPR certification. Schedule is Monday through Friday with a provided company van and a compensation range of $18–$23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field preferred; at least 1 year of related experience.
• Experience in behavioral health settings is preferred.
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean background check required.
• Active CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Transport adolescents safely to and from the Rockwall clinic.
• Maintain open communication with clinic staff about transportation logistics.
• Follow all safety and driving regulations.
• Represent Mindful Health with professionalism and care.
• Assist with patient activities and support therapeutic milieu.
• Chart patient observations and follow established procedures.
