Thompson provides youth residential services across the Nashville area. As a Youth Care Specialist you will supervise and support youth, build therapeutic relationships, and ensure safety. You will engage youth in structured activities, complete daily docs, and transport clients as needed.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and at least one year in residential youth work; a rotating 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am schedule applies.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet credentialing/privileging standards.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in residential youth or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Provide supervision, support, and build therapeutic relationships with youth.
• Engage with youth, provide direction, structure, and support; schedule activities; document daily activities; transport clients.
• Travel to residential facilities within the Nashville area as needed.
• Work rotating schedule: 1st shift 7am–7pm or 2nd shift 7pm–7am.
