Job summary

Greater Harvest Homes LLC in Gastonia, NC is seeking reliable caregivers for 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, and Weekend shifts to join our residential group home for youth and teens. No formal caregiving experience is required; training is provided to help you support residents with basic needs.

You will work directly with residents, coordinate with healthcare professionals when needed, and help with daily activities, meals, and housekeeping to maintain a nurturing home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or related field is a plus.
• Training provided to new hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care services (basic needs) to children residing in a residential group home.
• Assist clients with necessary treatment and service needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address any medical concerns.
• Assist in the daily operations of the home, assist with hygiene/grooming, meal planning, activities, housekeeping, etc.
