Job summary

MEGA TOUCH CONCEPTS INC is hiring Direct Care Staff (DCS) for a Level III Residential Treatment Facility in Gastonia, NC. You will supervise and support youth, help implement treatment plans, and foster a safe, structured environment.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, behavior support, daily living assistance, and thorough documentation while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB test.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 supervision to ensure safety and well-being of residents.
• Support behavior management plans and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Assist with daily living skills including hygiene, meals, chores, and routines.
• De-escalate crises using approved techniques and trauma-informed care.
• Complete timely documentation (shift notes, incident reports, behavior logs).
• Transport residents to school, appointments, and community activities (as assigned).
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries.
