Job summary

ACH Child and Family Services is seeking a Frontline Supervisor to lead the performance management cycle for direct care staff, ensure consistent TBRI implementation, and oversee daily program operations across shifts. The role requires on-floor leadership, coaching, and 75% observer time with Youth Care Specialists and Leads.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED; BA in human services preferred.
• At least 1 year of direct care experience.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• 1 year of people management experience preferred.
• 1 year experience in TBRI or similar care models.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and willingness to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Youth Care Specialists and Leads on shifts.
• Schedule staffing and maintain required supervision ratios.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching and address performance concerns.
• Lead onboarding/training to ensure consistent TBRI implementation.
• Coordinate shift tasks to meet program and youth needs.
• Conduct regular supervision and performance evaluations.
• Lead staff meetings and collaborate with clinical and support teams.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and incident reporting.
• Support safety, licensing compliance, and medication management.
