Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a Youth Care Provider to supervise and support youth at our 64-bed residential center. You will help with daily living activities, follow individualized plans, and implement behavior support techniques in a safe, caring environment.
The role involves 3/12 shifts from 9:00 to 21:00 on Thursday to Saturday with rotating Wednesdays, plus a $1.25 night differential for hours 11pm–7am in this setting. Full-time benefits are available.

The Youth Care Provider gives direct supervision of daily living and individualized learning plans of the youth in our care.
This position would work 3/12s hour shifts from 9 - 9 on Thursday - Saturday with rotating Wednesdays. For any hours worked between 11pm - 7am, this would have a $1.25 shift differential added to base wage.
