The Idaho Youth Ranch seeks a Residential Therapist to join our team at the new Residential Center for Healing and Resilience, a 64-bed youth psychiatric residential treatment facility in Idaho’s Treasure Valley. You will provide individual, group, and family counseling to youth in our care and help implement trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in a human services field and licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMAFT, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, or PhD).

As a Residential Therapist, you will be directly involved in nurturing the hope, healing, and resilience for the youth in our care at the RCHR. You will be a force for positive change in a young person’s life when they need it most.
