Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a High School diploma with 5+ years of experience in youth development.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Illinois driver's license.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Flexible schedule to meet program needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Build a therapeutic relationship with youth and caregivers.
• Provide supportive supervision and role modeling in the milieu.
• Coach youth, teach skills, and guide problem solving.
• Help youth plan and achieve goals across domains.
• Engage youth daily, set expectations, reinforce positive behavior.
• Document care planning and participate in supervision meetings.
