Rite of Passage is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Overnights for the Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida. This on-site position supports high-risk youth with overnight care, psychotherapy access, and daily supervision in a secure residential setting.

The role offers competitive pay up to $73,000 annually, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, company-paid life insurance, and a 401(k) match. Must hold Florida RN license and meet background check requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimally 21 years old with HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in related health care field preferred.
• Florida Registered Nursing license in good standing.
• Two years of medical services administration experience.
• Ability to pass background screening, drug test, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and supervision for youth overnight.
• Document care plans and coordinate with treatment teams.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across overnight shifts.
