Job summary

The Jewish Federation of the Lehigh Valley is seeking a Youth & Camp Assistant Director/BBYO City Director to oversee year-round programs for children. The role involves supervising staff, planning camps, and developing community relationships to drive engagement in BBYO and camp programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant experience in a summer camp or after-school program.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise part-time employees and contractors.
• Lead the after-school program and recruit new students.
• Manage relationships with volunteers, parents, and community leaders.
• Plan and implement year-round camp and teen programming.
