Job summary

Blackberry Farm, LLC. is seeking a part-time Babysitter in Walland, TN to provide a safe, engaging experience for children staying with guests. You will greet families, confirm allergies, plan activities, and maintain order with positive behavior-management while upholding company SOPs.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of child-care experience; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years experience working with children in a professional setting (nanny, daycare, camps, etc.) preferred.
• Must hold a CPR and First Aid Certification, or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment for children, guests and Team Members.
• Greet parents and children professionally.
• Confirm allergy and medical information and special instructions for each child.
• Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities.
• Use positive behavior-management to maintain order.
• Build positive relationships with guests and Team Members.
• Attend to emergencies calmly and efficiently as per SOPs.
