Job summary

WestCare Foundation in Key West, FL is seeking a full-time clinician to provide assessment, consultation and psychotherapeutic services for youth with mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. The role is community-based with travel to schools and client homes.

Requires a graduate degree and 2–3 years of related experience; bilingual abilities are preferred. The incumbent will deliver CBT, MI, and other modalities within the CCISC framework and documented treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Two-Three years of related work experience in Mental Health, and / or Substance Abuse field.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to communicate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Engages in direct staff hours of service for assigned clients.
• Conducts intake assessments/biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Develops written treatment plans with client participation.
• Conducts individual, group and family counseling.
• Completes regulatory and reimbursement forms within required timeframes.
• Maintains daily progress notes and treatment records.
