• Bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical systems, procedures, and standards of the program and inform relevant parties of deviations.
• Review Interpretive Summaries based on assessment data.
• Review Wellness and Recovery Plans with the family therapists.
• Review monthly Wellness and Recovery Plan Reviews.
• Document all clinical services per licensing, Medicaid, Joint Commission standards and agency policy.
