Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide triage, crisis counseling and linkage in homes, schools or community settings with 60-minute on-site response.
• Conduct screening and provide intervention services.
• Coordinate psychiatric face-to-face or telehealth appointments within 48 hours of intervention.
• Provide after-hours crisis services on a rotation schedule.
• Engage individuals and families in crisis planning using evidence-based practices.
