Camber Children’s Mental Health in Wichita, KS is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support young people in a safe, therapeutic environment. You will provide care, supervision, and support, reinforce treatment plans, teach coping skills, document progress, and help maintain a calm, structured setting.

Requirements: high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license and auto insurance, 1–3 months of related experience, must be at least 20 years old, and pass a drug

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and supervision to children and youth in our facility.
• Support daily activities and reinforce treatment plans developed by nurses and therapists.
• Teach coping techniques and positive behavior skills.
